Market figures are shown with their source and date. Where an official data feed is not yet connected, the section is labelled Ready for API or Not Connected rather than populated with sample numbers.
AI Transparency
AMASH AI labels each statement as verified fact, calculated result, estimate, AI interpretation or unknown. It does not replace professional legal, financial or regulatory advice.
Privacy & Data Protection
We collect the minimum personal data needed to advise you. Voice input is transcribed to text and the audio is not stored. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
Security
Client data is stored with row-level access control so each person sees only their own records, and advisors see only the clients assigned to them. Administrative actions are recorded in an audit log.

How AI is used
AI helps you search, compare and understand options. It does not replace a licensed advisor, and it never invents listings, prices or availability. Where AI produces a summary or estimate, the underlying inputs are shown alongside it.
