Privacy & data handling

This page describes the current architecture of the AMASH platform. Final legal wording, company registration details and regulatory disclosures are to be completed by AMASH before commercial launch.

Information we collect

Account details you provide when registering, enquiry details you submit through WhatsApp, call or form requests, saved properties, and the search and browsing activity you generate while signed in.

Voice search and transcription

Voice search is optional. Nothing is recorded until you press the microphone and accept the on-screen consent step, and typing always remains available as an alternative.

When you use voice search, your browser records a short audio clip and sends it to the AMASH server, which forwards it to a third-party speech-to-text provider (currently OpenAI transcription models accessed through the Lovable AI Gateway) to convert speech into text. Processing takes place outside the UAE on that provider’s infrastructure.

AMASH does not write the audio clip to its own database or storage: the clip is held in memory for the duration of the request and only the resulting text is returned to your browser. We cannot make claims about the retention, logging or deletion practices of the transcription provider or the network operators in between, and voice transmission is not end-to-end encrypted beyond standard HTTPS transport security.

The transcribed text is shown to you for review and is only used when you confirm it. If you are signed in, AMASH may store the structured requirements derived from that text — for example budget, preferred areas, property type, bedrooms, buy/rent/invest intent, timeline, payment preference, projects discussed, conversation summary and lead score — so that your advisor can serve you. Raw audio is not stored for this purpose.

How we use your information

To answer your enquiries, match you with relevant UAE inventory, prepare investment analysis, assign and follow up leads through AMASH OS, and improve the service.

Sharing

Data is shared with AMASH advisors handling your enquiry and with the infrastructure and AI providers that operate the platform. AMASH does not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can decline voice search at any time, remove structured requirement chips before searching, and contact AMASH to request access to or deletion of your account data.
